The first “Baugruppe” in the Alsace region is dedicated to a sustainable housing development, considering social aspects, economy and environment. Situated near the city centre of Strasbourg, this wooden building houses 11 high quality, flexible flats. They provide communal areas that create a friendly neighbourly atmosphere.
